In this type of disorder, the patient may feel fatigued and have headaches, poor concentration, nausea, twitching, trembling, and breathlessness. In this type, patients may take the constant unrealistic worry of regular days problems like job problems chores, and health issues.

Panic Disorder

Patients who suffer from panic disorder usually have these attacks when they have sudden terror feelings with a repeat process. Feelings of loss of breath, losing control, and heart attack are some of the symptoms of panic disorder. The patient may feel like he is dying. Some of the physical symptoms of this are chest pain, feeling dizzy, nausea, sweating, numbness, and tingling in the body. Some people have only a single attack but others may have a long-term of this type of attack. And there is no way to know when the next attack will come.

This is one of the irrational fear. It’s a fear of such a thing which itself may not have any actual danger. Furthermore, they are divided into many categories. like acrophobia is a phobia of heights. It may be possible for you to climb the world’s tallest building but may be impossible if you have fear. And if you have a phobia of heights then going to the 6th floor of a building may be a big hurdle for you. And if you don’t develop confidence in yourself for talking to others in public then it will lead you to social phobia. You may have also seen people who have phobias of tunnels, blood, flying, animals, driving, etc.

People having phobias have symptoms of anxiety and depression with panic and fear. They also may have increased in heartbeat. Shortness of breath and also a strong willingness to get away from many situations of life. This type of anxiety treatment requires medicines and therapy.

Obessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD includes anxious thoughts and behavior which are not in the control of the patient. In these cases, obsessions are known as disturbing thoughts in the form of images like the fear of germs on hand. And the washing of their hands to get rid of germs thoughts are called compulsions. Excessively washing hands means that person is having OCD. He may not find happiness in that act but he finds temporary relief from the irrational thoughts.
