The second one is Challenge which means that your goals should feel challenging to you and also achievable to you. Moving on to the next one is Commitment which tells us to be committed to ourselves to achieve our goals. The second last say about Feedback means you should rate and throw back on your goals so you can stay on route. Now last but not least the fifth principle is about the complexity of Tasks in which You have to give yourself space and some time to fight with complex goals. Also writing down your goals will lead to success in a place of keeping them and formulating them in your mind.
Factors on Which Goals Achievements Depends
American Physiological Association, discussed research in which they shared some factors in which if you want to achieve goals in a better way then you must have the Motivation to change, Willingness to look out for the behavior, and willpower to make your goal happen.
Furthermore, these are connected with a word known as SMART. Which stands for

- M for Measurable
- A for Attainable
- R for Realistic
- T for Tangible

Specific
If your goal is specific then you will be ready for success. Things to consider are what, when, where, which and who getting specific about the goal you are setting.
Measurable
Having a goal that is measurable will help you manage easily your goal. You should make benchmarks through that you will know that you are moving forward. You should also know about adjustments means you also know about other options in different cases of your goals.

Life goals must be Achievable
People usually set goals that are not achievable or poorly calculated. So avoid this mistake during your goal setting and choose those goals which are achievable.
Realistic Life Goals
This is the same and connected to the above point which is achievable. It will be good in goal setting that your goal is relevant to your life and that’s based on your current life situations which are achievable.
Tangible
You can also call it Timely. As we told you above that your goal should be realistic, it also has a time frame in which it must be completed. This makes the goal real and achievable.
Deciding Your Life Goals
Common areas of your goals may include career, health, education, and Financials. You can set these areas of goals in any part of your life. Divide your goals into years, months, and days. Give this act a little bit of time and focus on your interests and passions. Set back and think about anything that you always wanted to do, but you don’t try to do it because of any kind of fear. Set those as your goals by calculating the risk and letting it go.
Focus on The Process
Well, this is the most important point if you are focusing on the outcome that would be worst. In these types of cases, you should focus on the process in which you are enrolled. But these steps in your goals really matter the most. Take an example if you want to lose the weight about 30 pounds. If you successfully lose 15 pounds then don’t focus on how long it will take you to lose all of 30 pounds in fact you should focus on the 15 pounds which made changes in your body and made you feel better.
Reward Your Self Between The Process
As you pass any step of your goals, you should reward yourself along the way. And remember that rewards during the completion of Steps should be easy to acquire, and healthy with consistency and simplicity.
